Quilts whisper stories. For over 25 years, I’ve been captivated by their artistry. Through my passion for thread painting, my quilts have won many international awards, the most notable being Best of Show at the International Quilt Show in Houston, TX, quilting’s most prestigious award. My other awards include 8 other Best in Show awards as well as 16 Viewer’s Choice awards, and an assortment of other artistic awards.
Now that I have cut back on my teaching schedule, I have time to devote to another adventure – Quilt Story Labels.
Having spent years creating award-winning quilts, I understand the importance of preserving their stories. These labels transcend the traditional notion of mere identifiers; they become conduits for stories, memories, and legacies. Unlike ordinary labels, Quilt Story Labels are like whispered secrets stitched into the very essence of each quilt. Quilt Story Labels make the story behind the quilt forever a part of the quilt.
In a world where every quilt whispers a story, Quilt Story Labels ensure those tales are heard for generations. Imagine a quilt’s narrative preserved not just in its threads but also in its label’s QR code—a portal to the past. When someone scans that code, they step into a world where every label has a voice, where the quilt’s history unfolds. It’s a beautiful blend of artistry and innovation, where every stitch carries significance. Each label becomes a voice, allowing creators to leave a legacy stitched in time.
So, as your Quilt Story Labels find their place on cozy creations, they become more than adornments—they become guardians of stories, bridges across time. Each label whispers, “This quilt has a tale to tell.” And in that quiet moment, a legacy is stitched anew.
